Who runs this service
This installation is run by its operator. Add the operator's legal name and contact details here before going live.
What we collect
Your account details, the text transcript of meetings you choose to record, summaries and action items created from them, usage counters, and when you confirmed that participants were informed.
Audio
Audio is sent over an encrypted connection to the speech-to-text provider and held briefly in memory so a dropped connection can recover. MeetingMind does not store audio. The speech-to-text provider handles it under its own terms.
Participants
A transcript contains what other people said. The person who starts the recording is responsible for telling participants and for having a lawful reason to record.
Who processes data
Depending on configuration: the database and sign-in host (Supabase), the speech-to-text provider (Soniox or Deepgram), the AI model provider (Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible provider) and the payment provider (Stripe). Transcripts go to the AI provider to create summaries.
How long we keep it
Meetings stay until you delete them, or until the automatic deletion period set under Settings. Deleted meetings can't be recovered in the app. Copies in the hosting provider's backups expire on its schedule.
Your choices
You can correct your profile, delete any meeting, download all your data as JSON and delete your account from Settings. To ask anything else about your data, contact the operator.
